Parking at Sandalfoot Squire Phase II Association Inc is being enforced on a daily basis. Unregistered vehicles or vehicles in violation of these parking rules will be booted without any warning notices whatsoever.
Please encourage your overnight guests to register their vehicles by going to this link: Guest Parking Registration.
Vehicles without a valid decal or vehicles that have not been registered as guests will be booted or towed at the owner’s expense.
VERY IMPORTANT: once registered, please send yourself a confirmation email or take a screenshot of the registration. If you did not receive a confirmation email within minutes from registration, please also check your spam and trash folders as the confirmation email might land there. If the confirmation email is not anywhere to be found, then please call Elite Compliance Services LLC at (833) 843-5483 ext. 102 to register the vehicle as something might be off with the form used for registration.
VERY IMPORTANT: please note that as per the Governing Documents, paragraph 10.11, as amended on November 13th, 2013, guests shall be permitted to occupy an apartment no longer than sixty (60) cumulative days in any twelve (12) month period. Prior written notice of any such guest occupancy must be provided to the Board by the owner. Any further occupancy in excess of this sixty (60) day period shall be deemed to be a lease regardless of whether consideration is paid. In such an event that individual must submit the required application for approval and be approved by the Board for occupancy as provided for in Article 11 of the Declaration.

The parking enforcement company is aware of this restriction and will boot any guest vehicles registered for longer than 60 days within any 12 month period.
