Parking Enforcement

Dear Resident,

Parking enforcement at Sandalfoot Squire Phase II Association Inc is in effect as per these these rules. Please familiarize yourself with the parking rules.

Vehicles without valid registrations will be booted WITHOUT ANY WARNING NOTICES whatsoever, then towed after 3 days if the boot is still on. Parking rules will be enforced 24/7. Guest registration will be enforced every night from 10pm to 6 am. If your guest’s vehicle is not registered by 10 pm, it would most likely be booted.

As a resident, please be prepared to prove with an uninterrupted chain of custody that you personally or a company you have a major interest in own whatever vehicles you’d like to register, in order to be permitted to park on Association’s common property. Relatives’ vehicles, including distant cousins twice removed or friends of friends, will not be receiving a decal.

If your vehicle has been booted, please call Elite Compliance Services LLC at (833) 843-5483 ext. 102 to have the boot removed at a cost of $75 per boot (subject to change), payable online here: enforcedbyelite.com/payment.

If a vehicle is occupying your reserved parking spot and you’d like to have it removed, please DO NOT call the towing company number that’s on the street signs or the Board. The only people who can initiate a boot or a tow, as per Florida Statute, are the licensed people who work for Elite Compliance Services LLC. They have all your vehicles details, reserved parking spots details, and your contact information (name, phone number). Please call them at (833) 843-5483 ext. 102, and they will be initiating the boot or the tow as long as you provide identifiable contact information that matches whatever you’ve provided when you registered your vehicles.

If you call the number of the towing company from the street signs, they might be telling you that the HOA / Board has to call them. That’s NOT how the parking enforcement law in Florida works. Only licensed parking enforcement officers, or officers of the law (sheriff deputies) can initiate a boot or a tow. The Board has no authority whatsoever to initiate a boot or a tow and no Board member will ever call parking enforcement to initiate a boot. You have to make that call, not a Board member. That’s the law!

If you are an Owner, and have rented your condo, please instruct your tenants to register their vehicles before moving in. They will have to provide a copy of a valid lease.

If you’re a new owner, please provide a copy of the warranty deed to prove ownership of the condo. Please email it to support@sandalfootsquire.com.

If you are an APPROVED Resident (owner or tenant with a valid lease), please head over to this page to register your vehicle(s).

Please only register your vehicle(s) if you have been approved as a resident by the Board of Directors. The registration costs $40/vehicle, charged by the parking enforcement company, not by the Association, and it’s not refundable. So, in case you attempt to register a vehicle without a previous approval from the BOD, you will lose the $40.

The decals should be applied on the INSIDE of the vehicle, on the REAR WINDOW, to the left bottom side of the rear window for SUVs, or to the left top side of the rear window for sedans.

The decals can be applied on tinted rear windows as well.

If you replace your vehicle with another, and keep the same license plate, then a new decal will be provided to you at no cost. You’ll have to register the new replacement vehicle here, and provide a copy of the vehicle registration showing the same license plate number.

Please instruct your overnight guests to register their vehicles here, no later than 10 pm: GUEST PARKING REGISTRATION
