As per Article II, Section 1.(c) of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions published in Book 2603 Page 931 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, the Recreational Facility (aka Clubhouse) located at 9262 SW 3rd St, in Boca Raton, FL 33428 can be rented for private events, either by owners or tenants, and their invitees, and reasonable admission and other fees can be charged.
The current fee structure is described below:
- Owners can rent the Clubhouse for free once per calendar year. Any other usage would be subject to $100 per event.
- Tenants can rent the Clubhouse with the Owner’s approval only. The fee would be at least $250 per event, depending on the event’s duration and the number of participants.
- Invitees of Owners or Tenants can rent the Clubhouse at a to be determined price, depending on the event’s duration and the number of participants, at least $250 per event.
In order to ensure the proper usage of the Clubhouse and the handling of funds, the following steps would need to be followed:
- You’ll have to provide your contact details and the event’s details by filling out this form: sandalfootsquire.com/application
- Once the form is received, we’ll email you a request to electronically sign a Rental Agreement. Please read the Agreement carefully as it is binding.
- Once the agreement is executed, we’ll send you a request to pay the rental fee. The payment can be made with a credit card or through direct deposit.
- On the day of the event, we’ll fill out a pre-event walkthrough form which will record any previous damages to the Clubhouse. When the event is ended, we’ll fill out a post-event walkthrough form which will capture any new damages, of which you’d be responsible to fix.
